Design
Local-first (embedded PostgreSQL, zero external deps), one-command deploy, small-team friendly, fully traceable. UI shows runtime state on landing (active deployments, status, next actions), top-bar + horizontal work domains instead of traditional sidebar.
Architecture
Modular monolith + background worker + CLI. launchly-app serves Web UI + API, launchly-worker runs build/deploy/test jobs, launchly CLI handles install/start/upgrade/backup. Docker Compose for orchestration.
